When will you be shipping orders?
Like many other smaller businesses, the pandemic has impacted our production and shipping capacities. But we don’t give up easily! Thanks to some creativity, patience and tenacity, we’ve found a solution that will allow us to ship SmartHalo 2 and accessories in late winter/early spring by boat. This means orders should be delivered in spring 2021 from our warehouses local to you. We are currently working with couriers to find a way to deliver shipments in a timelier manner. As the situation changes, we will provide updates here and on our blog.

Why is your shipping/delivery time so long?
We are shipping orders directly from our factories with SmartHalo 2 units that are fresh off the assembly line. These units will be delivered by boat, and then will be stored and delivered from local warehouses near you.

I placed an order through the SmartHalo Website. When will you be shipping out the pre-orders?
We will begin shipping all orders starting winter 2021, and we expect delivery in spring. Thank you so much for your support — we need it now more than ever.

I placed an order, but I need to change the shipping address. How can I do this?

What other measures are you taking at SmartHalo to address COVID-19?
As the pandemic continues to affect the globe, our team is working hard to adapt quickly to the constantly changing situation. Ensuring the safety of our customers, our employees and our manufacturing partners is of the utmost priority. We are also prioritizing the delivery of our customer orders as best we can. We will continue adjusting our practices with any new information that comes to light.
